SpeechTurtle is a voice recognition tool that has a simplified c# scripting interface and can be used by amateurs as well as by professionals. It is a tool, that recognizes speech and does actions on this recognition like pressing keyboard keys for you, playing sounds or launching programs.

Recognizes voice with Windows speech recognition Framework 11.0. Or SAPI5. Speech synthesis: All available Microsoft voices or extra voices like the ones from Ivona can be used. Voice effects can be added with SoX. Scripting interface: Commands and all other logic can be simply typed as c# code within some simple script commands.
