The online guest list manager helps creating and maintaining guest lists for live events, and is frequently used for events like movie premieres, or incentives.
Two interesting tools extend the functionality as needed: a) The RSVP tool gives each guest the possibility to give feedback, if he/she will take part in the event, and with how many persons. b) The FAST LANE Check-In tool can be used on-site at the event on multiple laptops / mobile devices / smartphones / tablets at the same time, to lookup and check-in guests. It also displays the current amount of checked-in pax. QR-code solutions available.
Guest lists can be exported and imported.
The software is absolutely free to use. The vendor offers additional services like own domains with ssl certificates for the RSVP tool, white-label solutions for event agencies, on-site service for events (with a server on-site), and commercial support.
