Finally you receive a positive response, but you know that while their words of affirmation are well intended, their understanding of the plan has already been invalidated. You suddenly find yourself with that sinking feeling, caught in the middle of chaos and now realizing that you not only have to change the plan, but you have to keep everyone updated of the ever evolving details.

As votes are cast, your invitation updates with the most popular time and place, then notifies all guests of the changes.
