This is a basic, no-frills, non-social bookmark manager for helping keep track of links that you visit regularly. Often, for more obscure links (a link to a buried Google Doc, a hidden JIRA page, a specific forum post you keep going back to) it's hard to dig them up. This tool fixes that! Also has a Chrome extension to let you set the "new tab" page to this, and create bookmarks from the toolbar.
